During the first 30 days, I will obtain a thorough understanding of the District Business Manager role with an overview of the action items that are most needed and develop a plan of action. The second 60 days are dedicated to implementing the plan and developing strategies that will provide the most benefit to the team. Finally, the last 90 days are focused on evaluating the plan and making adjustments to ensure the team is on track to reach their goals.
